  • A food truck will be on-site from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. We encourage those attending to pick up a ‘to-go’ meal at one of our local Main Street restaurants prior to attending the concert and enjoy a picnic on the lawn.

  • The concert is general seating and is on a grassy lot. You may arrive early and set up chairs or tables. However, we cannot guarantee any personal items left on the property or that no one would move or remove them. Please bring lawn chairs instead of blankets as there could be wet areas. We do allow tables for food set-up but respectfully ask that you take them down once the concert has begun if they are blocking anyone’s view of the stage.

  • In the event of forecasted rain, the concert location will be at The LightHouse, near Abingdon.

  • At the request of the Virginia Symphony, photography or video of the performance is not allowed but have fun and take pictures and video of you and your friends prior to the concert having a great time and #SymphonyUndertheStars and #GloucesterArtsFestival2023 in all your social media.
